An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Accounting Financial Management or a related field; A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in management accounting budgeting or a financial project management environment.

Knowledge of the following: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations; Management accounting principles (budgeting monitoring and reporting); Government financial systems (e.g. BAS LOGIS SCOA); Applicable legislative regulatory and governance frameworks; Financial analysis data management and reporting methodologies.
