Staff Engineer (Scrum Master Marketing Operations)

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 5-7 years of overall experience to lead our Marketing Operations team. You will champion agile practices manage a team of 3â4 associates and bridge the gap between creative marketing strategies and technical execution.
• Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Manage Team Performance: Mentor and guide 3-4 Marketing Operations associates to ensure high productivity.
• Coordinate with Business: Partner with business stakeholders to align marketing deliverables with organizational goals.
• Track Outcomes: Define measure and report on sprint velocity project deliverables and campaign outcomes.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate roadblocks slowing down marketing campaign deployments.
• Required Experience and Skills
• Overall Experience: 5â7 years of professional experience in project management or agile environments.
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to manage business expectations and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Marketing Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including:
• Digital Channels: Email SMS Push Notifications and Paid Media.
• Traditional Channels: Radio and Print Media.
