Spray Paint Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Spray Paint Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing spray-painting operations ensuring high-quality finishes efficient production and compliance with required standards.

• 25 years of hands-on spray painting experience

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience will be advantageous

• Strong understanding of paint mixing ratios

• Good knowledge of different coating types and applications

• Proficient in spray gun operations and techniques

• Good understanding of drying and curing times

• Ability to identify and resolve painting and coating defects

• Strong knowledge of spray-painting processes and quality standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines

• Ability to supervise and guide a team effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Supervise and coordinate daily spray-painting activities

• Ensure correct paint mixing ratios and coating specifications are followed

• Operate and monitor spray-painting equipment and spray guns

• Ensure proper drying and curing times are maintained

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

• Identify and resolve paint defects inconsistencies and application issues

• Manage workflow to ensure production deadlines are achieved

• Provide guidance and support to spray-painting staff

• Ensure a clean safe and organised working environment

• Monitor the use of paint materials and equipment to minimise wastage

• Communicate production requirements challenges and progress to management
