Spa Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced and professional Spa Receptionist to join a cruise ship spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service manage spa bookings and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage spa appointments bookings cancellations and schedules.
• Promote spa treatments services and products to guests.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Answer guest enquiries and provide information about spa services.
• Maintain a clean organised and professional reception area.
• Support the spa team with daily administrative duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy multicultural environment.
• Assist with achieving spa sales and service targets.
• Follow all onboard health safety and guest-service standards.

• Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience.
• Previous spa reception hospitality or customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident handling bookings payments and guest enquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
