REPORT TO: Assistant Spa Manager & Team Leader

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday
• Shifts: 07:00am - 16:00pm / 08:00am - 17:00pm / 12:00pm - 21:00pm
• Days off rotate
• Hospitality Sector - includes all major public Holidays

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. Grade 12
3. Prior experience in Housekeeping of a Hotel or Guest House
4. Prior Spa attendant experience is highly beneficial
5. Professionally groomed - 5-star appearance - looking the part
6. Friendly demeanour and a positive team-player personality
7. Guest services focused - we are looking for 5-star
8. Based within reasonable distance to our hotel in the greater Tokai region
9. Reliable transport to work the shifts required
10. Confident English command

1. Attending to the Spa Guest areas (treatment rooms locker rooms pool & patio)
2. Preparing poolside & treatment rooms
3. Creating a clean hygienic atmosphere focused on ultimate relaxation
4. Uphold our 5-star image
5. Ensure your areas are immaculate at all times
