REPORT TO: Senior Aesthetician / Salon Manager / Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm)
• Saturday (08:00am - 15:00pm)
• CLOSED on Sundays & Select Public Holidays

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R7000 - R10000 BASIC Salary per month (Based on desired skills & experience)
• Tiered Commission (10% - 15%)
• Performance incentives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma achieved in Beauty Therapy OR Health & Skincare (2 Years) / Somatology (3 Years)/ Dermal Aesthetician (4 Years)
2. International accreditation: ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP - BONUS
3. A minimum of 3 Years as a qualified Skincare Therapist (post-grad)
4. Experience and confident in performing Skin Care & Beauty Therapy treatments (within your scope of practice): Facial Peels (Mild ) Micro-Needling or Derma Pen Dermaplaning
5. Confidently perform detailed Skin Analysis and provide Treatment plans
6. Assist the Senior Aesthetician where operationally required
7. Promote re-bookings and regular client check-ins post treatment
8. No career hoppers - we are seeking long-term commitment
9. Based in or around Roodepoort with ease of travel
10. Experience working with Facial Devices including Iontophoresis Sonophoresis Skin Pen / Derma Pen / Micro-needling / LED / Galvanic etc.
11. Prior experience working with advanced Facial Products offering advanced / medical grade / chemical Peels
12. Retail confident and up to date with latest trends in products
