We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in theCape Townoffice.

Position Overview:

Our Solution Consultants work in a team environment while configuring and customizing our real estate software to customers needs. You will manage implementation projects and train customers on our software. Having specific knowledge of accounting will be a requirement as this consultant will support ASC 842 implementations.

As an MRI consultant youll never get bored with doing the same thing every day. Youll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. But some of the typical tasks include:

Teach a topic to an individual customer or a group of customers.

Assist a customer with setting up MRI Software applications.

Work with a customer to understand and document their business requirements.

Design and write a custom business report for an accounting or property management group.

Convert business data into MRI.

Create an interface to another software application.

Enhance MRI by customizing the product using our internal tools and tools from Microsoft.

Test software functionality and verify MRI works to the customers expectations.

Write and publish an internal article on a relevant business or software topic.

Perform SaaS database backups and restores.

Assist with developing an online training course.

Responsibilities:

Co-plan projects with projects manager.

Drive project implementations to ensure effective system implementation.

Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and of satisfactory quality.

New client training and consultancy services on MRI products.

Keep client decision-makers informed of progress or lack thereof.

Take part in project close-off meetings with clients and facilitate transfer to support procedure.

Regular meetings with project manager on project progress.

Provide training services to existing clients.

Provide training on new system features.

Provide product application support to existing clients.

Assist with analysing complex support queries.
