We are looking for a Solution Consultant to support pre-sales and solution design activities for telecom BSS/OSS engagements across the South Africa market. The role bridges customer requirements and clients product capabilities supporting bids demos and client workshops.

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to support pre-sales and solution design activities for telecom BSS/OSS engagements across the South Africa market. The role bridges customer requirements and clients product capabilities supporting bids demos and client workshops.
- Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand business requirements and translate these into solution proposals
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses solution presentations and product demonstrations
- Work with internal product and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and effort estimates
- Prepare solution documentation proposals and commercial inputs in collaboration with sales
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and present recommended solution approaches
- Must-Haves
- Experience in telecom BSS/OSS domain (billing charging CRM or related systems)
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution narratives
- Exposure to RFP/bid processes preferred
- Willingness to travel within South Africa as required
