Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Software Implementation Engineer to join our clients team! Design and deploy autonomous AI-driven workflows that integrate with enterprise systems to automate customer journeys ensure reliable operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related technical field
- Practical experience with AI agents LLM orchestration and concepts like RAG
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs webhooks and system integrations
- Ability to work with data using Python and Excel (mapping transformation analysis)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and messaging platform integrations
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and automation workflows
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented disciplined and focused on delivering measurable results
