1. Own hands-on delivery as the technical anchor Design build review and ship production software in C# / .NET across the full SDLC remaining the primary engineering contributor on the team.
2. Raise the quality bar for a small delivery team Lead one junior and one contractor through standards code review pairing and practical mentoring so throughput and quality both improve.
3. Strengthen architecture and technical direction Apply solid design patterns modular design and pragmatic architecture choices so systems remain scalable maintainable and fit for evolving business needs.
4. Hardwire modern engineering discipline Embed CI/CD automated testing secure coding performance awareness and clean Git/review practices into everyday delivery rather than treating them as optional extras.
5. Partner effectively with stakeholders Translate business and partner needs into clear technical plans communicate trade-offs early and keep delivery aligned to real operational outcomes.
6. Stabilise and accelerate team output in the first operating cycle Build enough local context in the first months to reduce delivery friction improve reliability and create a repeatable way of working for the team.
