Social Media Manager

• Strategy and Planning: Translate brand priorities into comprehensive content plans (platform mix cadence formats creative direction) and secure approval from Brand Leads.

• Listening and Insights: Track brand mentions sentiment competitor activity and category trends. Feed insights into campaign planning and escalate potential crises to PR and Communications.

• Performance and Reporting: Report on reach engagement and growth. Deliver monthly metrics to the Data and Retention Manager and present performance reviews to Brand Leads and the Head of Marketing.

• Community Management: Oversee day-to-day posting comments and messages. Ensure consistent brand voice across channels and line-manage execution quality.

• Influencer Relations: Partner with Brand Leads to build influencer strategies. Manage end-to-end outreach briefing content approvals and performance tracking.

• Production and Alignment: Commission freelance photography in coordination with the Creative Content Producer. Meet regularly with Performance Marketing to align organic and paid social strategies.

• Line Management: Direct mentor and review the Junior Social Media Manager delegating community tasks and supporting their professional development.

• AI Integration

  • Analyze social listening data conduct competitor research and synthesize trend insights.

  • Draft community guidelines response frameworks content ideas and caption options.

  • Optimize content calendars and schedule coordination.

  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools for social media management.

• 3 years of experience in social media or community management (multi-brand experience preferred).

• Proven track record with social media platforms algorithms and social listening tools.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily social workflows.

• Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent practical experience.
