- Creating engaging content for platforms including Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and X
- Developing content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Producing short-form video image and written content for social media channels
- Monitoring trends hashtags and platform updates to identify content opportunities
- Managing community engagement and interacting with online audiences
- Collaborating with marketing design and content teams to execute campaigns
- Supporting influencer brand partnership and user-generated content initiatives
- Optimising content performance through analytics and audience insights
- Maintaining brand consistency across all social media channels
- Staying up to date with emerging content formats and social media best practices
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications Media Digital Marketing Journalism or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media Content Creation Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Experience managing brand social media accounts and growing audience engagement.
- Exposure to video editing graphic design influencer marketing or paid social campaigns will be advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms content formats and audience behaviour
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut Figma or similar platforms
- Experience creating short-form video content social copy and visual storytelling assets
- Knowledge of social media analytics reporting and performance optimisation
- Strong creative thinking storytelling and content ideation skills
- Excellent communication collaboration and community management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
- Understanding of social media trends influencer marketing and content marketing strategies
- Relevant social media content creation or digital marketing certifications will be advantageous
