Purpose of Job

To test or modify developmental or operational mechanical / electro-mechanical machinery or control equipment in Natref plants or to maintain them in the best possible condition.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure that work standards are met according to quality quantity and due basic processing and all tasks cost that self and team meet targets due dates and quality awareness and control.
  • Awareness focus and control of cost / budget. Independently gather information and data accumulation.
  • Ensure that work standards are met according to quality quantity and due complex schedules and communicate possible delays in meeting deadlines.
  • Resource utilization and and control resources implement solutions based on cost awareness.
  • Ensure optimal resource that self and team meet targets due dates and quality standards.
  • Achieve safety and risk safety in all practices specifically project planning and execution.

Formal Education & Minimum Experience

Matric/N3 with Maths English & Physical Science AND

Minimum 4 years experience and National Diploma Mechanical Engineering

OR

Minimum 3 years experience and Btech Mechanical Engineering

OR

Minimum 6 - 7 years experience and Btech Mechanical Engineering
