We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Research Project Coordinator to support the delivery of market research projects through effective panel management and recruitment coordination.
This is a process-driven role supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle ensuring respondents are accurately screened confirmed and managed while maintaining high data integrity standards.
- Attend project briefings to understand client specifications and quotas
- Set up and manage projects within CRM systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
- Track quotas and respondent progress
- Extract and manage respondent data from internal databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Monitor engagement and flag inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Review and assess screening responses
- Identify and confirm suitable respondents
- Coordinate confirmations reminders and project communication
- Conduct follow-ups where required
- Act as a key link between internal teams and respondents
- Ensure communication is clear professional and timely
- Support wider recruitment and coordination activities
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and data
- Good Excel skills
- Strong written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable:
- Experience in market research or recruitment coordination
- Exposure to screening or quota management
You are highly organised process-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
