Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and semiskilled Boilermakers to join our team in Durban South Africa. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating assembling and installing metal structures and equipment according to specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications - Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using various tools and equipment such as saws drills grinders and welding equipment - Measure and mark cutting lines on materials and shape or form them to required specifications - Repair and maintain existing structures and equipment as needed - Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and meets quality standards - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or project manager Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Certification in Boilermaking or relevant trade - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints - Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and welding processes - Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively - Good communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
