Job Position: Site/Yard Supervisor (logistics)

Location: PE / Gqeberha
Salary: R15 000 -per month commensurate with qualification and experience overtime

Must be willing to work a shift cycle (3 days shifts 3 days night shifts 3 days off)

Qualifications / Requirements:

Must be of sober habits and good work ethics (regular drug and alcohol testing)
Strong leadership abilities sound judgement and excellent communication skills
Essential ability to provide accurate and detailed handover reports particularly regarding activities and incidents that occur during the night shifts

Experience with:
Supervising daily work onsite
Ensuring employees follow instructions and company rules
Ensuring health and safety rules are followed
Allocating work and monitoring performance
Protecting company equipment and property
Keeping basic site records and reporting to management
Supervise yard operations and ensure that all departments including the Mechanics Tyre Bay and Wash Bay are operating efficiently and according to company standards
Responsible for reporting any operational issues equipment concerns or employee absenteeism
