Responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site labourers and construction workers
  • Ensure building materials tools and equipment are available at all times
  • Monitor construction budgets and track site-related expenses
  • Coordinate daily on-site activities with the Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Act as a liaison between clients subcontractors and suppliers
  • Plan and implement daily and weekly work schedules
  • Ensure compliance with construction industry standards and safety regulations
  • Monitor and report on site progress to management
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections
  • Prepare and present accurate site reports


Requirements
Requirements
  • 13 years experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or in a similar role within finishing works
  • Strong understanding of construction industry regulations and standards
  • Basic knowledge of site safety practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to perform site-based duties
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
  • Willingness to travel to various site locations
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
