Our client a leading luxury East African safari company is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee the development of new safari camps lodges and related infrastructure across Africa.

This is a hands-on role requiring an adaptable resourceful individual who thrives in remote locations and can successfully deliver projects from inception through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects ideally within hospitality tourism or remote developments.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in challenging environments.
• Experience sourcing local resources and managing procurement and logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and supply chain coordination is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and spend extended periods at remote project sites across Africa.
