Site Foreman

Our client is an established construction company with a strong focus on delivering quality building projects. They are looking for a hands-on and driven Site Foreman to join their team and take responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of construction sites.

Requirements:

• Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 6 years experience as a Site Foreman within the construction industry
• Residential building experience is essential; upmarket/high-end projects will be highly advantageous
• Proficient in MS Project
• Strong knowledge of construction processes site coordination and quality control
• Ability to manage subcontractors labour teams and site activities effectively

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities on site to ensure projects are completed according to programme quality and safety requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors tradesmen and labour teams ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
• Monitor project progress against the construction programme and assist with maintaining project timelines using MS Project.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings specifications and quality standards.
