Could you be the full-time Site Assistant in Boksburg South Africa were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organisational and coordination expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Youll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.

Youll help us ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Boksburg Carbody Operations plant. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations HR Finance Procurement and Facilities) coordinate meetings and site events and manage front office and administrative responsibilities and much more.

Youll specifically take care of reception management office administration and meeting coordination but also support procurement and site communication activities.

Well look to you for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees visitors and contractors ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.

  • Coordinating visitor sign-ins meeting room allocations and front office readiness.

  • Managing office supplies records and day-to-day administration for the site.

  • Supporting site meetings team engagements and event coordination.

  • Providing administrative support to the Operations team and other departments.

  • Handling procurement and services administration including purchase requests and reconciliations.

  • Building effective relationships across teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and routines.

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.

  • A diploma or certificate in Office Administration Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience in office administration reception or team coordination (35 years minimum).

  • Exposure to manufacturing engineering or industrial environments (advantageous).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Highly organised with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.

  • Proactive detail-focused and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive and inclusive approach.
