Site Agent Construction Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Construction Manager to join their KwaZulu-Natal team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven civil construction professional with extensive roads and infrastructure experience who can confidently lead projects from planning through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day execution of roads and civil infrastructure projects
• Lead site teams subcontractors and plant resources
• Monitor project programmes budgets quality and productivity
• Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients consultants and project stakeholders
• Prepare site reports progress updates and project documentation
• Manage contractual obligations and project risks
• Drive efficient project delivery while maintaining high construction standards

Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Approximately 10 years experience in roads and civil infrastructure construction
• Experience as a Site Agent Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Registration with ECSA and/or SACPCMP will be advantageous
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results under pressure
