Site Agent Commercial and Industrial Projects

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their well-established team in Durban. This opportunity is suited to strong independent construction professional with a strong track record of delivering building projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered according to programme budget and quality requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site personnel
• Manage site resources materials and equipment effectively
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports
• Resolve site-related issues and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and contractual obligations

Requirements:

• BSc/BTech Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Site Agent within the building construction sector with specific exposure to large scale commercial industrial and retail projects
• SACPCMP registration advantageous
• Proven experience working for a reputable building contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction and site management practices
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and deadlines
