Requirements:
- Experience in Short-Term Insurance.
- Proven ability to generate new business and expand a client portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fully bilingual.
- Own reliable transport.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Motivated target-driven and client-focused.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations including FAIS FICA and other applicable requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and grow the brokerages client base.
- Market and promote the brokerages short-term insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate new business through networking referrals and professional relationship building.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations including FAIS FICA and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
