Job Summary
- Prior shop experience as a leadman foreman or supervisor in a transport refrigeration heavy-duty (HD) transport or automotive shop or similar transportation industry
- Prior shop supervisory experience within the transportation industry preferred
- Experience in training technicians and/or Train the Trainer settings
- Prior experience within the transportation refrigeration industry preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Team oriented self-motivated proactive positive outlook goal oriented problem solver respectful
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills
