- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Previous experience within a Control Room Security Operations Centre (SOC) Monitoring Centre CCTV Monitoring or Event Analyst environment.
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compile professional reports and incident documentation.
- Experience working shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
- Conduct CCTV and system health checks.
- Identify and escalate technical faults and offline systems.
- Manage shift email correspondence and client communications.
- Compile operational shift reports.
- Perform quality assurance on incident and audit reports.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Support Event Analysts during incidents and escalations.
- Maintain fault logs and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
- Assist with training and coaching of junior team members
