Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Setter - Injection Moulding to join the East London team
- Assisting in achieving production efficiency
- Assisting in ensuring that raw material wastage levels are maintained below 1.5% of material used
- Setting machines according to the best practices
- Conducting mould and material trails as required
- Reporting and assisting with machine and mould maintenance requirements
- Ensuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintained serviced and stored
- Ensuring top quality products are produced
- Practicing a high standard of housekeeping and safety
- Attending to call outs on breakdowns
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Technical certificate in injection moulding would be advantageous
- At least 5 years work experience in injection moulding / blow moulding setting
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
