ServiceNow Developer

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design development configuration enhancement and support of ServiceNow applications and modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders solution architects and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that support business processes and digital transformation initiatives

• Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow modules integrations forms catalogs reports dashboards and automated workflows.
• Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM or other platform capabilities as required.
• Create and maintain custom scripts business rules client scripts UI policies Script Includes and Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using REST SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve platform issues and defects.
• Participate in solution design sessions and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure development activities comply with ServiceNow best practices governance standards and security requirements.
• Support platform upgrades testing deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with business analysts product owners and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Essential

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) OR
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (if CSA held)

Advantageous

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (if CAD held)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Minimum 4 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
• Experience with JavaScript web technologies and API integrations.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is advantageous.
