Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

To manage and coordinate the scheduling planning and execution of service activities for compressors and compressed air equipment while ensuring service efficiency compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and dispatch technicians for breakdowns installations and preventative maintenance.
• Prioritize urgent service calls and manage service contract schedules and compliance.
• Coordinate communication between customers technicians and the Service Manager.
• Load and manage service sales and purchase orders on the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy of job cards service reports and invoice documentation.
• Track inventory levels reserve parts for jobs process GRNs and liaise with the warehouse.
• Follow up on back orders supplier deliveries and discrepancies.
• Maintain service history records and assist with warranty claims.
• Compile and update weekly service performance reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a service coordination or service administration role.
• ERP system experience (Oracle/Siebel/ Syspro).
• Strong organizational communication and coordination skills.
