Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on maintenance and repairs
- Keep customers updated on job progress
- Open and manage vehicle job cards
- Coordinate scheduling with foreman and technicians
- Perform preliminary inspections and fault checks
- Clarify repair requirements with technical staff
- Prepare service estimates and get approvals
- Verify job card entries before billing
- Check and apply vehicle warranty policies
- Document and process warranty claims
- Arrange road tests before vehicle collection
- Report recurring technical issues to technicians
- Maintain service logs and progress reports
- Update vehicle history records accurately
- Promote preventive maintenance packages
- Identify upsell opportunities for services/accessories
- Collaborate with technicians and service staff
- Attend OEM and dealer training programs
- Monitor customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric
- Valid Drivers Licences
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
