Job Summary

The Senior Videographer / Art Directors primary function is the end-to-end production of video and motion content that supports Fidelity Services Groups brand marketing and internal communication objectives owning the visual quality and consistency of all filmed and motion-based output from concept through to final delivery.
Beyond video production the role has an evolving mandate to assist the Marketing Manager in establishing and
formalising an internal marketing division. Drawing on a combined background in design branding and IT
infrastructure the incumbent will also help identify implement and manage the technology and tooling that increase the divisions agility spanning content production workflow automation and creative technology not only video output.

Key Responsibilities
Videography & Motion Content
Plan shoot and produce high-quality video content across corporate marketing recruitment training and
internal communications use cases.
Lead motion graphics and post-production work including editing colour grading sound design and visual
effects to a broadcast-ready standard.
Direct on-location and studio shoots managing crew equipment lighting and shot composition.
Develop storyboards shot lists and creative treatments that translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand tone across all video and motion deliverables.
Manage the technical pipeline for video production including equipment selection file management and
archiving of raw and finished assets.
Art Direction & Brand
Provide art direction across video and supporting visual assets ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on concept development for campaigns launches and internal
initiatives.
Review and quality-control creative output from junior team members and external suppliers where applicable.
Team Formalisation & Marketing Support
Evolving Responsibility
Assist the Marketing Manager in formalising an internal marketing division including defining workflows
production standards and content processes.
Contribute to building out equipment software and resourcing requirements for an in-house creative and
production capability.
Support the onboarding and mentoring of future videography design or junior creative hires as the division
grows.
Help establish templates briefing documents and approval processes to streamline creative production as the team scales.
Creative Technology & Tooling
Evolving Responsibility
Apply IT infrastructure knowledge to evaluate recommend and help implement software and systems that
improve the marketing divisions agility and output beyond video alone including asset management
automation and collaboration tools.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging creative technologies to streamline content production design and campaign workflows.
Act as a technical resource and point of liaison between the marketing division and IT ensuring tools and
systems are fit for purpose and well maintained.
Support the divisions technology roadmap as it scales beyond video into broader design and marketing
production.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
12 years experience in videography motion design or a related visual communications role ideally including senior or lead-level responsibility.
A diploma or degree in Visual Communications Film Motion Design or a related field or equivalent
demonstrable experience.
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating range across corporate brand and campaign video work.
Experience working within or helping establish an in-house or agency creative production function is
advantageous.
Experience in the security corporate services or similar B2B sector is an advantage but not essential.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of the broader Adobe
Creative Suite.
Experience with camera systems lighting and audio equipment for professional shoots.
Motion graphics and VFX capability; familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or 3D Studio MAX is a strong
advantage.
Sound understanding of brand guideline application and design consistency across formats.
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems with the ability to evaluate and help implement tools that support a growing marketing division including asset management automation and AI-assisted workflows.
Core Competencies

Project management skills with the ability to run multiple shoots and deadlines concurrently.
Collaborative able to work closely with a Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders including
marketing HR and operations.

from the ground up.
Clear communicator able to present creative concepts and rationale to non-creative stakeholders.

Volume and quality of video and motion content delivered on brief on brand and on schedule.
Consistency of visual identity across internal and external video output.
Progress against milestones for formalising the internal marketing team including structure workflows and
resourcing.
Stakeholder satisfaction across departments requesting creative and video support.
Turnaround time from brief to final delivery and effective use of production resources.
