Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit analyse document and validate complex business and system requirements
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications user stories process maps and technical documentation
- Facilitate workshops stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand business needs and pain points
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement automation and digital transformation
- Collaborate with Solution Architects Developers Product Owners QA Analysts and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the design and implementation of system integrations APIs and data-driven solutions
- Conduct impact assessments gap analyses feasibility studies and root cause investigations
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) system testing and solution validation
- Manage requirements traceability and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Interpret and analyse data to support business decision-making and solution design
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning and stakeholder reviews
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical focus
- Proven experience in requirements gathering business process analysis systems analysis and solution design
- Experience working on system implementations integrations digital transformation and software development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies
- Experience creating user stories process flows functional specifications and business requirements documentation
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
- Experience with SQL for data analysis querying and validation
- Knowledge of APIs system integrations and data mapping
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and facilitation skills
- Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Business or a related field Relevant BA certification will be advantageous
