Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support across the business ensuring stability performance and continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and enhancements
- Drive integration of new companies and divisions into the ERP environment
- Manage system changes testing and release cycles in line with governance standards
- Oversee 2nd and 3rd line support resolving complex system issues and working with service providers
- Facilitate business requirement gathering solution design and stakeholder engagement
- Lead or contribute to IT projects including planning cost estimation and implementation
- Support reporting and insights through Power BI and other tools
