Our client an international Leader in Luxury is seeking to employ a senior store manager to lead their V&A team
The Successful candidate will have a solid understanding of luxury. Strong leadership and strong commercial acumen
- 360-Degree Business Oversight: Managing store performance driving sales strategies and hitting commercial and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) targets.
- Team Leadership: Inspiring motivating training and developing sales advisors and management staff.
- Client Experience: Cultivating an unsurpassed luxury service culture and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Operations & Compliance: Overseeing daily operations loss prevention compliance human resources management and visual merchandising according to global guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven luxury or upscale management background with strong relationship-building and operational skills.
