Senior Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative technology environment where you will play a key role across the full software development lifecycle. Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field.

57 years experience in software development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and .

Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL; MS SQL Server advantageous.

Experience developing and supporting web applications APIs and enterprise software solutions.

Knowledge of database design optimisation and performance tuning.

Experience with Git source control and DevOps practices.

Experience with AWS.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC.

Proven experience delivering solutions within a complex business environment.

Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements.

Relevant industry certifications or coding bootcamp qualifications would be advantageous.
