Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain secure scalable APIs.
Build and enhance distributed backend systems and stateless architectures.
Develop cloud-native containerised microservices and backend services.
Work with event-driven architecture and streaming technologies.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum 5 years software development experience.
Proven experience designing and building distributed backend systems.
Exposure to cloud platforms and containerised environments.

Strong experience with Python Linux/Unix Distributed Systems API Development & Design Relational & Non-Relational Databases Docker & Kubernetes Cloud Platforms (AWS advantageous) & Git
