Senior ProjectProgramme Manager (Pr CPM) Construction Industry

RPO Recruitments client a leading multi-disciplinary consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to join their Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex building projects and programmes providing strong leadership across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• CPM registration with SACPCMP is essential.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management Project Management Civil Engineering Building or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project and programme management within the built environment.
• Proven buildings experience is essential.
• Strong experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary professional teams and contractors.
• Strong understanding of project programmes budgets contracts risk and quality management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Benefits:

Salary: R840K R132M CTC per annum
