The ideal candidate will have strong project quality supplier quality manufacturing quality and audit experience within complex or regulated technical environments.

Minimum requirements:
- Relevant Engineering qualification in Electronics RF or Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years relevant quality and engineering experience.
- Experience in project quality planning inspections audits supplier quality and manufacturing quality.
- Experience working within quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
- Strong understanding of drawings specifications engineering changes and acceptance criteria.
- Technical knowledge of electronics RF mechanical systems or engineered products.
- Experience in defence security government or other regulated environments will be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication planning problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Develop and maintain project quality plans inspection plans and quality documentation.
- Provide quality guidance on drawings specifications test procedures and acceptance criteria.
- Represent Quality during design reviews testing verification and project reviews.
- Drive risk management non-conformances root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Engineering Projects Production Supply Chain suppliers and customers.
- Lead/support internal and supplier audits process audits and product inspections.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems engineering standards contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare quality reports FAI documentation and improvement actions.
- Provide quality leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a key quality contact during customer government and third-party audits when required.
