Senior Project Manager System Integration Projects | Stellenbosch (Hybrid)

Our client is searching for a strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager to play a key role in a high-impact Electronic Health Record programme. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex integration initiatives while working closely with technical teams business stakeholders and project governance structures to ensure successful outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery across the full project lifecycle
• Establish project plans governance structures and delivery methodologies
• Coordinate project resources and monitor performance against objectives
• Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple departments
• Facilitate planning workshops status reviews and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Support benefits realisation and organisational change initiatives
• Lead project close-out activities and lessons learned reviews

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree required
• Project Management certification advantageous
• Minimum 10 years project management experience
• Recent PMO experience essential
• Proven understanding of software development lifecycles
• Demonstrated experience in system integration project delivery
• Knowledge of Prince II PMBOK and project governance frameworks
• Experience with budgeting forecasting and cost control
• Strong interpersonal leadership and problem-solving abilities
