Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from concept through to commissioning and close-out.
Develop and execute project strategies that align with business and operational objectives.
Manage project scope budgets schedules resources and project risks.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering maintenance operations contractors and external stakeholders.
Drive project governance reporting and performance measurement.
Ensure compliance with safety quality regulatory and contractual requirements.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement efficiency gains and long-term value creation.
Mentor and support junior project managers and project teams where required.
Deliver projects safely on time within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years experience leading and delivering projects within a manufacturing mineral processing mining or industrial environment.
Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects with significant capital value.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies project controls and risk management principles.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets contractors and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive project delivery in fast-paced operational environments.
Professional registration and/or PMP PrCP or equivalent project management certification will be advantageous.
