Our client in the Network Technology sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager BSS (Business Support Systems) on a contract duration of 3 months.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager (BSS) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Business Support Systems (BSS) transformation and integration this role you will oversee large-scale telecom billing CRM order management charging and revenue assurance initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams business stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure on-time within-budget and high-quality delivery.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 8 years of progressive Project Management experience with at least 5 years explicitly leading BSS/OSS projects within the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of core BSS domains:
- Billing & Revenue Management (BRM Convergent Billing)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Omnichannel Platforms
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Product Catalog & Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
- Charging System / Online Charging System (OCS)
- Certifications: PMP (PMI) PRINCE2 Practitioner SAFe/Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications preferred.
- Framework Familiarity: Strong understanding of TM Forum eTOM TAM and SID frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation risk analysis and vendor management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-native BSS architectures SaaS transitions or microservices migrations.
