Were looking for a Senior Programme Manager with the experience influence and commercial acumen to lead one of our most strategic technology transformation programmes.
This is not a traditional project management role. Were seeking a seasoned leader who can confidently engage executives and board members challenge global vendors drive outsourcing and cloud transformation initiatives and bring multiple complex workstreams together into a single successful programme.

What Youll Be Driving
- Enterprise-wide technology transformation programmes
- Vendor due diligence outsourcing and commercial evaluations
- Cloud migration and cloud-to-cloud transformation initiatives (AWS OCI Azure GCP)
- Executive governance steering committees and board-level reporting
- Service integration into ITSM environments including ServiceNow
- Operational readiness SLAs OLAs and service transition
- Global vendor management and offshore delivery teams
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 10 years experience managing large enterprise technology programmes
- Strong experience leading outsourcing managed services or vendor transition programmes
- Proven vendor due diligence and commercial negotiation experience
- Experience delivering enterprise cloud migration programmes
- Strong understanding of service management and operational governance
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Demonstrated success managing offshore vendors particularly India-based delivery teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the confidence to engage executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial governance and programme leadership capability
Qualifications
- Degree in IT Engineering Commerce or a related field
- PMP PRINCE2 MSP Agile or equivalent Programme Management certification
- ITIL certification advantageous
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments preferred
