Key Responsibilities:
- Be the hero who provides expert-level support when users hit a wall
- Keep on top of support tickets because chaos is not the vibe (hello SLAs)
- Deliver a great user experience even when things go wrong
- Help manage user access and system security (you hold the keys)
- Spot repeat issues and think: right lets fix this properly
- Get involved in system improvements upgrades and new solutions
- Play a part in projects - testing tweaking and making sure things actually work
- Create documentation that people might actually read (a rare and valuable skill)
- Help build and deliver training content so users stop clicking the wrong buttons
- Constantly look for ways to make the system and everyones life better
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Youve got 3 - 5 years of NetSuite support experience under your belt (youve seen things youve fixed things)
- Solid background in finance systems supportbonus points if youve worked with ticketing systems without losing your mind
- You understand finance processes but your real talent is making the system behavenot doing the finance itself
- Comfortable learning new systems and figuring things out when theres no manual (because lets be honest there often isnt)
- Strong communicator who can translate tech speak into actual human language
- You can juggle tasks priorities and the occasional urgent request that isnt really urgent
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesnt wait around for someone else to fix it
- Thrive in a global environmenttime zones remote teams all part of the fun
- Experience in support training is a big plus (youve helped users before they break something or after)
- Adaptable proactive and armed with a lets just get it done attitude
