Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
- Producing detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings
- Developing and maintaining accurate 3D models
- Translating process flow concepts into practical engineering solutions
- Working closely with engineering manufacturing and project teams
- Ensuring all designs comply with project specifications and quality requirements
- Managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 years draughting experience within the mineral processing or mining industry
- Proven experience with thickeners linear screens and flocculant plants
- Strong understanding of:
- Structural steel detailing
- Welding symbols
- Sheet metal development
- Slurry handling piping specifications
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Autodesk Inventor
- Strong planning organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Design or a related field
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
