Are you a senior mechanical BIM modeller with extensive experience leading BIM modelling for HVAC fire protection and wet services systems managing and coordinating detailed MEP models in Autodesk Revit. APPLY NOW!!
Job Description:
- Lead modelling efforts for HVAC fire protection and wet services systems
- Manage and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Detail HVAC Fire Wet services drawings and coordinated layouts
- Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance
- Extract quantities and assist in cost estimation when required
- Lay-out drawing of customer manufacturing area
- 5 - 8 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP disciplines)
- Experience in HVAC load calculation software. Carrier HAP (advantageous)
- Must be able to travel both nationally and internationally
- Navis work experience
Qualification:
- Grade 12 or N3
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
