We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who will be responsible for the design development enhancement support and maintenance of enterprise software solutions. The role provides technical leadership ensures adherence to engineering standards and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating business requirements technical analysis solution design and implementation approaches.
  
• Ensure technical decisions comply with industry best practices and internal standards.
  
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend process and policy improvements.
  
• Report on technical status risks and operational matters.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers scrum masters engineers analysts and architects.
  
• Consult stakeholders regarding software maintenance and performance improvements.
  
• Continuously improve technical skills through training and research.
  
• Protect confidential information and organisational assets.
  
• Contribute to organisational and engineering objectives.
