Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of IT professionals across multiple disciplines
- Drive the successful delivery of IT projects ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
- Oversee system performance security and infrastructure stability
- Implement best practices processes and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the IT function

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- 8 years of experience within an IT environment
- 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure cloud technologies software development and IT service management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive business outcomes
