Were looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a multi-site BPO infrastructure environment ensuring stability security resilience and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servers virtualisation storage and Active Directory
- Administer Azure and Microsoft 365
- Manage FortiGate firewalls WAN VPN and network infrastructure
- Support SCCM/Intune and endpoint management
- Drive cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability management
- Manage backups Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Lead infrastructure upgrades migrations and improvements
- Act as the senior technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
