Senior Implementation Consultant Solutions Architect (Short Term Insurance)

New opportunity alert!!! Were seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join a growing InsurTech business. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with strong short-term insurance expertise and a passion for designing scalable technology solutions. You will work closely with clients business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex insurance-focused solutions across architecture integration and implementation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead solution architecture for complex client implementations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
• Translate requirements into practical scalable solution designs.
• Define architecture standards integration patterns and technical approaches.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery lifecycles.
• Conduct architecture reviews manage risks and ensure governance.
• Mentor technical team members and collaborate across Product Development and Delivery teams.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 5 years experience as a Solution Architect Technical Architect Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
• Proven experience delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of short-term/general insurance including Personal and/or Commercial Lines.
• Excellent understanding of insurance processes platforms and systems.
• Experience with Azure Cloud APIs integrations SQL Server and Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
