Duties & Responsibilities
An established and fast-growing organisation is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its Business Systems team. This opportunity offers the chance to work on enterprise-level applications modern cloud-based solutions and strategic development projects within a collaborative Agile environment.
You will play a key role in designing developing and delivering robust software solutions while working alongside skilled developers business stakeholders and technical teams. The organisation invests in innovation encourages continuous learning and provides exposure to modern technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot optimise and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Ensure software quality through testing documentation and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Contribute to system performance security and maintainability initiatives.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years software development experience.
- Strong full stack development experience within enterprise environments.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices advantageous.
Skills
