This is a high-impact role where your technical authority will directly influence large-scale mining operations across Southern Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role youll take ownership of electrical control systems and instrumentation design for heavy-duty materials handling projects including conveyors stackers reclaimers crushers and screening plants. Youll be involved from concept and FEED through to commissioning working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and mining clients. The position offers long-term growth technical leadership and exposure to complex mineral processing environments.

Education:
- BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Pr Eng registration with the ECSA (or eligibility)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 812 years experience in electrical C&I engineering within mining
- Strong exposure to bulk materials handling systems
- PLC SCADA and DCS design and integration experience
- Instrumentation specification and loop design
- MCCs VSDs and industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with IEC SANS and mining safety standards
- Site commissioning and client-facing experience
